Butterfly Barbie has long dark-blond crimped hair that grazes the tops of her legs. She wears a hot-pink and yellow crocheted bikini and a frayed denim wraparound skirt, and comes with two sheets of tattoos that can be applied to Butterfly Barbie or to a playmate, doll or human.
